Day 1 - Arrive in Rome
Arrive in Rome and transfer to your hotel. The evening is at your leisure.
Day 2 - Tour Ancient Rome
This morning, you'll enjoy a panoramic view from Colle Oppio and then skip the lines as you visit the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum. An expert local guide will guide you through these unique sights. Afternoon at leisure. This evening you'll enjoy a taste of Eataly with a special tasting itinerary. You'll discover the wealth of Italian biodiversity, visit the production areas of Eataly and enjoy tastings of Italian Sparkling Wine, the best pasta, pizza, extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano. Savour every bite!
Day 3 - Vatican Museum Tour
Today you'll enjoy a full day tour. Enjoy a walking tour through the historical center where you'll admire the Trevi Fountain, La Colonna di Marco Aurelio, the Palazzo di Montecitorio (designed by Bernini), and then you'll visit the Pantheon. Then it's onto the Basilica of St. Peter which you'll visit and admire the Pieta, a masterpiece of Michelangelo. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant. Then your tour will travel by coach passing through Piazza della Repubblica with the Fountain of the Nayads and following the ancient Aurelian walls which once surrounded the ancient city. You finally arrive at the Vatican Walls, your guide will lead you into the Vatican Museums, through the Gallery of the Tapestries, the Gallery of the Geographical Maps, the famous Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica. Evening at leisure.
Day 4 - Rome & Embark Cruise
Enjoy the morning at your leisure in Rome before transferring to the port. Norwegian Epic sails this evening.
