Florence & Rome Cruisetour #3EB features a 3 NIGHT LAND TOUR (before the cruise) which features 2 nights in Florence and 1 night in Rome. You'll spend a half day touring Florence including visits to the Accademia Museum (interior), Cathedral Square, the Duomo, and Santa Croce Cathedral, train to Rome, half day walking tour of Rome featuring Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Colosseum (interior), Vatican City tour, St. Peter's Square, St. Peter's Basilica, Vatican Museum, and the Sistine Chapel & Breakfast daily.

Detailed Itinerary

This itinerary starts BEFORE the accompanying cruise itinerary.

Day 1: Florence

You'll be greeted at the Pisa or Florence airport and transfer to your Florence hotel to meet your Tour Director.

Day 2: Florence

After breakfast at your hotel, join your Tour Director for a half day walking tour of Florence, including visits to the Accademia Museum (interior), Cathedral Square, the Duomo, and Santa Croce Cathedral.

Day 3: Rome

After breakfast in your hotel, transfer to the Florence train station to board a train to Rome. Upon arriving in Rome, you'll be taken to the city center. After lunch on your own, join your Tour Director and begin a half-day walking tour of ancient Rome. You'll visit the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, and be treated to an interior visit of the Colosseum. The remainder of the evening is at your leisure. Overnight in Rome. Breakfast included.

Day 4: Rome

Enjoy breakfast in the hotel before departing on a tour of the Vatican City. You'll experience interior visit at St. Peter's Square, St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel. Following the tour, you'll travel by motorcoach to begin your Mediterranean cruise. Breakfast is included.
