Spotlight Cruises many sailings feature special enrichment programs called Spotlights. These programs build on existing destinations and excursion options to provide an enhanced view of a topic. Spotlight topics may be wine, and wine tastings, lectures and a guest chef. Others add enrichment through a focus on music, history, antiques or the arts.

Each ship offers single open seating dining in a choice of fine restaurants. On Seven Seas Voyager, dine at the Compass Rose, a continental menu that changes daily or Signatures under the auspices of Le Cordon Bleu of Paris, or Latitudes one of the first restaurants at sea with an open galley and offers themed menus from Asia . If you're looking for casual dining, La Veranda serves it outdoors or indoors and there's always the Pool Grill during the day with grilled favorites. Seven Seas Navigator offers two restaurants, fine continental cuisine in Compass Rose and authentic Italian fare at the Portofino Grill. Radisson's Diamond Grand Dining Room offers a romantic setting at sea and Don Vito's is an Italian alternative in an intimate reservation only atmosphere.
Entertainment
Your evenings are filled with excitement and style with onboard entertainment including cabaret style shows as well as production shows in each of the ships show lounges. The Casino has a host of games including; blackjack, roulette, mini craps, stud poker and slot machines, all ships offer lessons, and tournaments.
Bridge Instruction and Dance Hosts - Radisson is pleased to offer Audrey Grant's Better Bridge program with instruction and organized events for all levels. There are dance and social hosts on all Europe sailings.

Each ships library offers a wide selection of books and periodicals. Aboard the Seven Seas Navigator and Radisson Diamond the library also offers computers with internet service, and movies that may be borrowed for use in your stateroom VCR. Seven Seas Voyager's Club.com and Internet Cafe, offers multi media computers and workstations with an instructor on hand for computer classes for all levels of expertise. In addition each suite has a CD/DVD player and a selection of DVDs that can be borrowed complimentary from the Club.com onboard.
